What is it? It’s a method of determining what foods are helpful for your health and which will not benefit you based on your parameters, that are specific to you. For example, what climate you are in, what your mood is, how you are feeling and a few more questions that a trained practitioner, like myself, would ask you to determine the final food profile that would help you in your health journey.
