I have always said that working out is not a luxury. If we want mental health, we need to work out. Do something. We don’t need to find Arnold’s workout or Jane Fonda’s next video or Sarina Jain’s video. We need to get some simple dumbbells that challenge us, whatever that would be for you, and just do a simple exercise like a squat or a dumbbell row. Easy peasy.
