The bottom line is that wellness is dependent on communication.

How do we improve communication?

We have to know ourselves first, in order to improve communication.

We can’t communicate with someone else if we don’t know who we are.

Understand people, first.  Be empathic.  See life from their point of view.

Otherwise communication won’t happen.

In order to reduce stress, you have to improve communication.
