Quick Family Day Healthy Snack!

Per person,

Cut up one apple and microwave for 1 minute, making sure you take out the core. Then add 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tblsp butter and microwave for 30 seconds. Mix and then microwave again for another 30 seconds.  Let it cool before enjoying!
