For new students to yoga and those who think they don’t like yoga, give it a new chance with this easy to follow class.
For 20 minutes we will go through a sequence that everyone can do.
Bring a chair, no need to sit on the floor if you don’t want to.
Or a regular yoga mat.
Do what you can.
If it doesn’t feel comfortable, I have a fix for you that I will tell you during class!
