My RMT recently asked me, during my session, what can she do for her back? She was already going to the gym and getting what she thought was a reasonable program and seeing some changes in her body. But she felt her back needed attention.
The answer to this question, as simple as the question is, is like asking someone what kind of shoes should I wear? If some random person asked you what kind of shoes they should wear, would you not have a long list of questions? Who are you? What do you look like? Where are you going? What are you going to be doing after wearing the shoes? Running? Looking for a date? Employment interview? It all depends.

Just ask a professional for advice next time you need to “fix” your back
